Unlink Steam from my Account - Support not responding

In January I asked for support to help me unlink my steam account so I could sync with my PSN account.
It was 3 month and I didn't received any contact. I cant play the game with my friends because GGG can't do a simple thing or create a FCK button to unlink my GGG account from my Steam account.
