I am being ignored by GGG support since Dec 14h 2024

4 replies so far , every time different person who doesnt even read my previous conversation with support team.

Asking same stuff previous person asked 4h time in a row.

It takes them almost 30 days to reply to ticket.

I got hacked.

I dont have access to my account for months.

Every time they reply , they ask same question.

No one seems to care about reading what is actually going on.

I would understand few weeks , but 4 months now...

I have been waiting for you to ''contact'' me since december 14th.

I dont care about your large number of support requests.

One reply a month (asking same question 3 times in a row) and ticket still open , is not ''working through a large number of support requests'' its literal insult. You have been completely IGNORING me. Your ticket replies are obvious BOT replies. You dont even read tickets.

Months of waiting is unacceptable and you should be ashamed of yourselves.

I asked for a full refund.

You are holding my account for months, something i paid for , for no reason other than blatant neglect.

I've already requested a refund due to this unacceptable treatment. If this isn't resolved soon, I'll have to escalate this further

read the terms of service. you didn`t buy anything, you donated money and they enabled some features on your free account so you can show your support.

the features can be taken away from you anytime if they decide to do so.

That doesnt give you the right to treat your customers like garbage which is exactly what you are doing and your reply proves it.

i think if he meant chargeback, he would have done it already as he "asked for a full refund".

but you`re right, the ToS talks of ggg "selling goods like virtual items" and membership accounts.

which is not what they really do, they give you a temporary license to use virtual items with no rights for you to define how long you can use them.

if they would really sell them, you would have a right of usage.
