Account locked, no response on mail
My friend [Removed by Support]'s account got hacked after the path of exile 2 release, he sent a mail saying that he has gotten hacked, asked if it was possible to get his items back. 2 month later they mailed back saying that they have NOW locked his account... it was already solved, since then he cant log into his account or play the game. He already sent a mail a month ago saying that it was already solwed and he wanted his account to be unlocked but no response.

GGG aren't going to be willing to discuss his account with you.
They'll probably, eventually, respond to his latest email. "VPs are not required to change their posting style. They are still welcome to express their opinions and take part in any discussions they wish. " Shouldnt have contacted GGG if he solved it himself by changing critical info. Google is your best friend. He wont get anything back. He will have to wait for support which can take up to 2 months depending on where he is in queue. Best thing he can do now is wait for email response. GG.
