I purchased the Thaumaturge of Vaal supporter pack on Nov 22, 2024. Had not received the shirt by jan 22, 2025 so I sent a support email via the website, no reply whatsovever. Sent support an email feb 23, 2025 and was replied to by 9pm that evening asking for info verifying account. Info was sent by 9am following morning, to this day have not received any information about whereabouts of shirt from said purchase, so feedback on the supporter packs are as follows:
Don't expect physical goods or any kind of information/reply from people that just don't seem to care once the check is cleared. Buyer; Beware. Last bumped on Mar 15, 2025, 12:14:22 PM
