Cross Progression

I purchased early access on the xbox and recently bought a new PC, however, I am unable to login to my account on PC. It's recognizing my account but states I don't have access and need to redeem a code or purchase one. I've tried multiple times, alternative methods, verified my login, and contacted customer support multiple times. I have not been able to play for several weeks and would appreciate some help or perhaps a refund if I am unable to use a product I paid for. I look forward to hearing back, thank you.

I'm afraid Early Access Keys do not transfer across platforms. If you want to play Path of Exile 2 Early Access on a certain platform (for example PlayStation, Xbox, or PC), you will need to purchase the pack on that same platform. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

The vast majority of game purchases are platform-specific.

If you plan on reaching out to the developers of all the games you’ve purchased Xbox licenses for & asking for either a free PC license or a refund, you’re going to be disappointed.
