I purchased early access on the xbox and recently bought a new PC, however, I am unable to login to my account on PC. It's recognizing my account but states I don't have access and need to redeem a code or purchase one. I've tried multiple times, alternative methods, verified my login, and contacted customer support multiple times. I have not been able to play for several weeks and would appreciate some help or perhaps a refund if I am unable to use a product I paid for. I look forward to hearing back, thank you.

Hey there,
I'm afraid Early Access Keys do not transfer across platforms. If you want to play Path of Exile 2 Early Access on a certain platform (for example PlayStation, Xbox, or PC), you will need to purchase the pack on that same platform. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. |
