Permanent Quadrilla

I managed to get the Quadrilla from the Quadrilla leap slam effect to get peramanently overlayed over my character:

Looks kinda baller tbh although it did startle me a bit when my precious slender scion suddenly looked like Mighty Silverfist xD

I think it was related to having an echoing shrine earlier in the map. Maybe the super fast leap slamming caused this somehow.
