I put 3 Faridun Lights (4) around the rope tie-off object that you click to get off the boat. If spaced 3 clicks away from the rope tie-off object, then you cannot get off the boat, onto the main island. Have to go to a smaller island and import and earlier state of your hideout.
So maybe less of a bug, and more an uncommon way to get stuck, with few solutions.
