Early access supporter pack upgrade

Hi guys,
I bought Early access supporter pack with my friend (50/50), because I've already had a key. So the coins go to me and the key goes to him. After that I had some complications, where I lost access because the key merged into one, but I managed to sort it out. Now I want to upgrade to the Lord of Ogham version but it says that I can upgrade from previous transaction. So now I wonder if I buy it will my friend get the upgrade because he used the key or me because I bought it on my account?
