Support not helping at all?

Been trying to get my steam account unlinked from my old poe account so I can link it to my new one and play Early access.
Have reached out twice about this issue and have been ghosted both times after providing all information asked for. Two different support people and neither of them will respond or even acknowledge my emails anymore. This is ridiculous especially considering yall took away the functionality for me to remove the steam link myself and now have to open a support ticket for such a simple task.
