unhappy 3rd month anniversary of not receiving what i paid for

Given the chorus of posts about people not getting responses or any physical items for months,

Support team, you need to make a public post at least once a week giving some information as follows:

All of these stats should be pulled after the early access launch:

- average time to resolution for issues by type of issue
- average shipping time for physical goods since launch
- average age of open tickets
- provide some means of allowing us to confirm you actually received our order (without giving too much info as to open up fraud risk). I didn't even get a receipt itemizing the order.

and before you post the canned response, yes, i emailed support.

Many of us haven't received any contact from support at all and it's REALLY eff'ing annoying.

We've all been very patient and understanding regarding the overly successful launch and deluge of support requests.

However, no communication, or even public posting of stats like the above is terrible.

I ordered a supporter pack to get the hoodie and tshirt on dec 13 and haven't received anything.

Hi there, we are currently experiencing high volumes of Support requests. Rest assured we will respond to your email as soon as humanly possible.
clearly a canned response and didn't read anything.
I still haven't received mine as well.
Same here, I am deeply troubled highest tier supporters are just being ignored
also waiting for a respone to my mails. this is getting ridiculous
Also haven't received my hoodie and t-shirt. Already a leap of faith to spend $270 on a supporter pack and then wait patiently for 3 months for your items, only to get canned responses when you try to get some help figuring out what's going on. Really disappointing :(
No surprise Chris left this sinking ship.
