Help! Wrongfully Muted, Seeking Advice and Assistance!
Hi everyone,
I’m a player with the in-game ID [风暴编织者白先生], and I’ve recently run into a really frustrating issue that I don’t know how to resolve. I’m reaching out to the community for help and also hoping to catch the attention of the official team. A few days ago, I sent a message in the public chat expressing my confusion about another player’s behavior (definitely not related to trading or any other prohibited content). However, the system flagged it as a violation, and I was immediately muted. I’m completely baffled because I’ve always followed the game’s rules and never posted anything inappropriate. This is clearly a mistake by the system. I contacted customer support, but they replied that I was muted for “posting trade-related content in the world channel,” which is completely untrue! My message had nothing to do with trading—it was just a normal interaction with another player. As someone who genuinely loves this game, I’m really disheartened by this situation. I’d really appreciate your help: Has anyone else experienced something similar? How did you resolve it? Could you share your experience? If the official team sees this post, could you please review my chat logs and lift the mute as soon as possible? Are there any more effective ways to appeal besides emailing customer support? I really don’t want to lose my enjoyment of the game over a misunderstanding. I truly hope the official team can take player feedback seriously and avoid letting players down due to system errors. If needed, I can provide more details or screenshots to prove my innocence. Thank you so much for your help! I also hope the official team can resolve this issue quickly. Thanks again! —[风暴编织者白先生] Last edited by Cameron_GGG#0000 on Mar 14, 2025, 3:25:54 PM Last bumped on Mar 14, 2025, 3:26:28 PM
