Help! Wrongfully Muted, Seeking Advice and Assistance!

I’m a player with the in-game ID [风暴编织者白先生], and I’ve recently run into a really frustrating issue that I don’t know how to resolve. I’m reaching out to the community for help and also hoping to catch the attention of the official team.

A few days ago, I sent a message in the public chat expressing my confusion about another player’s behavior (definitely not related to trading or any other prohibited content). However, the system flagged it as a violation, and I was immediately muted. I’m completely baffled because I’ve always followed the game’s rules and never posted anything inappropriate. This is clearly a mistake by the system.

I contacted customer support, but they replied that I was muted for “posting trade-related content in the world channel,” which is completely untrue! My message had nothing to do with trading—it was just a normal interaction with another player. As someone who genuinely loves this game, I’m really disheartened by this situation.
