network problem when i use spells

When i log in to my srs character, even if i swap weapons i get huge lag my ms goes from 40 to 2000. I can't move or play whatever spells or cast i use i lag a lot. tried many things such as change servers,change my nvidia files(i saw it on yt), nothing worked. i changed character that i have lvl 12 ranger and i didn't have that problem again. what's hapening anyone knows ? im not type of guy who plays many characters if i cant play the game i will ask for refund
