Support is sleeping ?

Currently 2 weeks waiting an answer. So much for customer service as a top supporter of POE2. Is anyone ever going to answer?

That is super funny, you cant afford to pay a support to fix my issue in 10 minutes from 500$ that i spent in the game ? And its an issue resulting from your lack of updating the shop to reflect what is in POE2 separated from POE1.

I have a thought in mind to fill a claim with my bank and get all the money back even tho i spent more than 500h in this early access and had fun.
