Account locked after setting mouse down on keyboard on trade site

I guess a warning to others - I was on my main account and was doing some trading, I decided to set my laptop down to go to the bathroom and set my mouse on my keyboard. Lucky me I think I set it on the enter key and it spammed the search button - and when I came back my account was locked.

Absolute shame this happened as I've been hearing about support taking months to get things cleared up. In 5 minutes I managed to lock out the rest of my time in this event, and potentially a 3.26 launch.

Support took literally 2 minutes to respond to my first email, but it's been silence since then.
