character not found on my account

Hello, I'm having a problem accessing my main character on the site. When I log in, I only find a level 4 character that I never created, but I can't find my character, which is level 71. I can only find it when I go to "Rename a Character," where my main character is available. So I can't access the trade interface to make purchases. Do you have a solution?

Hey there, sorry to hear about your issue!
Currently players are unable to view their Path of Exile 2 characters on the Path of Exile website, unless you check the rename character utility which can be found here (https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/character-rename) but you are able to see your Path of Exile 1 characters. Can you please also check on the Path of Exile 2 website that you have switched into the correct sub-account that you're playing on in game?
