locked out, not getting emails on main acct
help my main acct is locked out and i have not recieved an email with code to unlock even thou i have entered it over a dozen time sover that past two weeks....plz help

Could you please check your spam folder for the missing email? If you still cannot find it, could you then add support@grindinggear.com to your address list or exception/whitelist and try to generate the unlock code again by logging into your account? The unlock code is sent when a new IP address is registered on your account, so if you have a dynamic IP this is a possible outcome. To check whether you have a dynamic IP, please contact your internet service provider. Alternatively, to look into this further you can contact us directly at support@grindinggear.com |
