If you have used a third-party login service (Steam, Epic, or Console), you will need to login using those services rather than using your email. Alternatively, you could try using the password recovery utility (https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/change-password) on the Path of Exile website to check which of your personal emails have been used in the creation of your account.
