Trials of Chaos - Empty Room > Cannot Progress

I was Farming Trials of Chaos over the past few days and ran into the same bug approximately 4 times in maybe 100 trials where, in either a defeat the monsters room or an escort the statue room (in my experience), there are no enemies and the elevator at the end wont lower from within the room no matter what. I have blink so I can blink up the elevator and hit the button trigger to bring it down but it won't go back up. I can blink back up to the top to try progress towards the next room, but the door will not open. Also notably, after that cannot blink back into the room and am just stuck between the door and the elevator until restarting the game.
