1 skill point missing from levels

I just hit level 65 and now i realized that i only have like 64 levels form level character, im in act 9 and done 20 side quest points from 20 side quests.

" Of course. You create a level 1 character. They gain their first point the first time they level - when they become level 2. Imagine the lack of introspection that would be required to spend your spare time telling people they’ve posted in the wrong section of some company's forum, only to then try accusing someone else of brown-nosing.
