Account not working

Hi, my account number in psn is different than the website number and i cant use many functions like trade with players . The website number thinks im a different player and has none of my details like achievement or doesn't say im a guild leader. Extremely frustrating game! I cant accept guild member points donation. Stupid why doesn't it do it automatic

It sounds like you might be logging into a secondary account by mistake. Please ensure you are logging in using the same credentials you use to play - for example, if you play using PlayStation, you would want to sign in using your Sony Credentials by using the PlayStation button on the login page.
