Respected Path of Exile 2 Official Team,

I have been sending emails to your company for several days now, but no one has addressed the issue with my account. Regarding my account ([Removed by Support]), my in-game items were stolen by someone I considered a friend in the game. I contacted your customer support, and they temporarily locked my account to protect it, for which I am very grateful.

However, my account issue has now been resolved. I have changed my password and, as requested by your team, performed a thorough check and virus scan on both my computer and email. No threats were found. Over the past few days, I have sent multiple emails to technical support. Unfortunately, only two people responded, and although I provided the necessary evidence, my account ([Removed by Support]) has still not been restored.

First, I want to express my understanding of the hard work and dedication of the official team in creating such a wonderful game for us players. I also understand that the team is busy preparing for the new game version set to release in early April. However, despite sending multiple emails, I have yet to receive any effective resolution from the official team. Being scammed in the game was already disappointing and heartbreaking, and now, after so many days, my account remains locked.

I am deeply passionate about this game and truly appreciate the efforts of the official team. I hope the team can take more actions to protect players like me who love Path of Exile 2. You can review all the emails I have sent from my email address ([Removed by Support]) regarding this issue. I also wish Path of Exile 2 continued success and hope it earns even more love from players.

thats a bummer my friend, but unfortunately i still waiting for any response from the support since early january. Im not getting emails to unlcok my account, was sending multiple emails, multiple messeges through the website, multiple forum threads, and i still havent got a single response from the support. I payed to play this game, but unfortunately i wasnt able to do so for more then 2 months now. Hopefully i got any response till April
and also i missed poe1 event because of this. so sad.
