account locked since december, no reply of any sort and the account page tells me i have access ..
i´ve had my account blocked without any explanation nor would one make much sense as i only just got the EA key and didn´t even get to play so there can´t really be an explanation. and i was aware that it´s a busy time for the team and all that stuff and the support won´t be perfect.
after another 3-4 attempts to contact support@grindinggear.com here i am 4 month later and shit has been done ! then i tried to find out if i could open another account and again nothing. i´ve never seen something as fucked up like what POE calls support and after being ignored for almost half a year i´m really starting to think that maybe this game isn´t for me. it´s not like there´s a lack of support people. you´re more or less telling your customers "yeah i could do my job and support you but i won´t. THANKS FOR YOUR PURCHASE !" and i´m not a fan of being treated this way. if anyone has a secret path to a high tier support master in their compound pls let me know what else a humble soul could try for the next months to get highly priced attention of one of their f*cking crew. thanks in advance Last bumped on Mar 15, 2025, 4:33:46 PM

ok i got a message asking me if i was contacted before once which somehow made them suspicious i guess O_o i´ve tried to respond per the pm system but that didn´t work either.
yeah i had a 2 liner-mail telling me it´s an easy problem and all i´d need is my character names. that mail was on the 25th of december and it did absolutely nothing than strangle my hope. no response, no "we´re busy", "we´ll come back to you" or shit. only 4+ months of ignoring requests for support. i tried to find out if i could use another account to play when it´s out of ea or if there´s anything one can do. the mails went out, they opened them and then they ignored it again. i guess this act of the drama won´t be much different from the other 8 attempts in those 5 months which were each so unbelievable lacking respect or any intereest in the customer i´m having a hard time believing any company can survive such behavious longer than a week. at best i was told that i shouldn´t be so impatient because their support really has a lot to do which is in itself a bizarre idea. and by now i´m losing interest and start to feel angry everytime some nothing like here is the result of my xxth attempt to finally get an explanation what the hell happened. if anyone got some support connections or knows someone in the company who beliefs they shouldn´t be treated this way i´d be glad for (actual) help. if i don´t get an explanation what the hell went wrong and how that´s going to get fixed i can guarantee that i´d rather bite my arm off than ever again touch something from any company linked to this .. whatever this is. up to now it was a the most shocking disregard for a customer who´d need help with his broken product. it´s really unfuckingbelievable o_0 |
