This issue has been waiting to be solve since 2024 December

I have been emailing the support team to solve my problem since December 2024.
It takes a month for the team to respond to an email.
I receive an email every month and the problem is still not solved.
I think the problem here was purchasing the game from Steam while having a Poe account. I returned the game I purchased from Steam. I think the process was broken when I purchased the next package right after.
I am requesting support for transferring MTXs to a single sub account.
