Looked down and forgot my minions were'nt active but anyway. The Omen never activated to save my xp, it was active.

Turn off your other active omens.

If another omen wasn't consumed, then part of the dozens of other bugs with people with the same issue. Some % chance that no omen procs unfortunately.
