Hi again,
I would love to be able to play Phrecia League. I’ve spent so many hours on this event over the past week, and just when I’m fully geared and ready to tackle the endgame after hours and hours of farming... Now, just because I used the wrong PayPal account and my dad requested a refund, my account got locked? I’m not wealthy, but I’ve spent a lot on your game because I truly love it! But this delay? It feels really bad to "lose" all this time on the league—especially since, even if it’s just an event, it’s probably going to be one of the last. The only email I received from support was: "Thank you for the message. We may be able to help with this. Can you please confirm for us your Path of Exile account name (including the 4-digit discriminator) and the names of a few of your characters?" Could I get more clarity on the situation? Okay, I'll be patient in this case, but I'm still rather disappointed that such a small problem can't be resolved more quickly.
