Kicked and locked out of my account after talking about minor idols

I made a comment about loving minor idols after crafting a nearly perfect one. Got muted for 168 hours a minute later and shortly after kicked and locked out of my account. I think some AI must have thought I was talking about people and not idols even if we were in the POE trade chat linking minor idols during the time.

I hear there are people waiting for support for months. Is my Hardcore Phrecia event over just when I got finally fully geared to tackle the endgame content I been working on so hard for weeks? Im so sad right now but some clarity knowing it is over would atleast help me get over it and pick up a new game.
