Bought coins/supporter pack for the wrong account! waiting since 25.12.2024

Hello PoE Team, long story short.
Im waiting for a cancel or refund of my purchase from 25.12.2024 I bought the supporter pack on the wrong account, since for whatever reason i have two accounts merged into one. I instantly wrote an E-Mail to support@grindinggear.com after i did my purchase with my issue and someone of your team answered me on the 08.01.2025 with further instructions that i answered but since than i havent heared back.
