Invoices for physcal goods.

Hi, for shipping physical goods to another country i need invoices for t-shirt, hoodie and art-book. Support doesn't answer on email already for more than month.
It's sad that there is no automatic sending of invoices to email after purchas (probably it's because of the small number of similar physical products) I understand all problems and lack of resource and I wouldn’t have written and would have calmly waited if the situation hadn’t been critical for me.
