Customer support

I've sent out maybe 5 emails regarding my account to GGG support over the course of 4 months. At first, they were helping me with my account but around Dec they went completely silent and I cant get in contact with them. I've sent them 4 emails in the past couple of months and they are still silent. Is this happening to anyone else?

Each time you email Support, it resets your position in the queue....you go to the end of it. Be patient and they will respond eventually.

Does it normally take months for them to respond?

To clarify. The gaps in between the emails I've sent were about a month apart
