For everyone who might be looking for a glimmer of hope! I'm glad that they made good on the promises of the forum employees here. They take the abuse but it's not their fault.

If anything, judging by the names of the GGG folks who finally helped me out, they might be (some of) the same people. Which is an idea I suggested and will henceforth be taking credit for in full.
