Support refuses to answer my emails from December 17th

As of today, I have not received my physical Items I paid for. I purchased the 450USD pack after initially sampling the smaller one. I have also not received a response to my inquiry about the physical Items. I then sent an email out in February as a 'reminder' as I assumed they were busy and tried to be patient. But 3 months later and still nothing is absurd.
