Purchased stashes not showing

I bought 3 premium stashes during the sale and have tried logging out and back into the game, going into new areas and even changing characters but cannot seem to see the extra stash tabs.
When i click the little + icon to create a new tab - it takes me to the microtransaction screen. Last bumped on Mar 11, 2025, 11:29:09 PM

Hi there,
It appears what may have happened is that your newly purchased Premium Stash Tab Upgrades automatically upgraded three of your regular stash tabs into Premium Stash Tabs, rather than adding three new Premium Stash Tabs on top of your normal stash tabs. Is that a thing? and is it not possible to just get premium stash tabs as extra tabs instead of upgrading my regular ones?
