payement locked account

Hi,
today when i tried to log-in it showed me my main account was lock at first at was thinking it was NvidiaGeforce Now in cause of it since i was technically logging from 2 different location many time a day ( cause can't rlly price check on a WM)> But after looking into my mail i saw a refound on a pack i bought yesterday (100dollars support) and i made a mistake i used paypal account of my dad so since he was not aware of me buying a 100$ pack he asked for a refound and my account go probably lock for that so it's completely my bad and i cant log back to just purschase it back how im supposed do to ? :D main account :

But i live from streaming poe so it's complicated for me not to be able to stream my favorite game, any way to move things forward?. |
