HELP! No coins after purchasing support pack… again… no response from support team!

It’s been 5 days since I purchased the lord of ogham on my Xbox, I have emailed support and messages them through the website and still no response. This had happened to me before on my PlayStation account and it took a few days but eventually ggg got back to me and fixed it. But this time I haven’t heard a word. This is very frustrating… I have searched how to fix this and have tried all the methods I could find to see if they would load onto my account but still nothing. Has anyone one come up with a consistent way to get the system to load the coins onto their account? Or at least a consistent way to get a response back from the support team? Any help is appreciated here guys!

" U should got 2 mails after buying EA on xbox. One from Microsoft and second from GGG. If u only have 1, then u might try to log into POE 1 on xbox and check if u have a coins. GGG should receive info about coins after that. Send u 2nd mail and u should be able to see them on your account in POE 2 and PC. If u already got 2nd mail from GGG about your purchase and still have zero coins, then i am afraid that u need to hope for a quick response from support via mail. |
