GGG Support Reply

Just wanted to give you a updated response from GGG after over 2 months of waiting. Put in a email to support on no coins after purchase on 01/05/25. They finally responded back to me on 03/05/25. Their only suggestion to me not getting my coins I purchased was to download POE 1 and open the mtx though there to see if it reloads. That did not work as I already tried that through the 2 months of waiting for a response back. I then asked for a refund since they cannot give me my coins still even though I provided them with the transaction number. They state it had to be from Sony since it was a purchase through PSN. I then respond back that's impossible since this happened 2 months ago and then would just like help getting the points I purchased on my account then. It's been radio silence since then. I'm done with this joke and scam company. Just glad it was only 20$ stolen from me and not more like others I see on here that bought the big packages. With all the people that i seen here have similar issues they have to have took 10s of thousands or "misplaced" all those transactions. Game was cool and it was my first time playing POE and had a lot of fun but refuse to support a scam. Just wanted to give my update on the their "support" that finally responded back.

TLDR; Waited 2 months just to tell me nothing they can do. If you had a similar issue feel free to post your merchandise or no coins and amount on this thread. I would like a rough estimate of how many people are in limbo or have had money taken. Looking into a Lawsuit if possible because this has to be some time of scam with no response from them since January.

As stated by other people these "staff" responses are just a bot lol. Does not even read the post saying I've already have got a response from support through email. That's why if you look at every thread in Help and Information you will see at least one "GGG" response but that's normally it after the bot has post.
Just to give a update on my support email. They have reached back from my email I sent about my missing coins on January 5th. Their response back was just a link to my transaction history to this website lol. I waited over 2 months for that when the whole point is I'm missing the points from a transaction which I gave them Date, amount, and transaction ID from all 3 purchases I've made. No response back since then. Good luck with your support emails and I hope they handle yours better. They for sure lost any more money going forward that I would spend ever on this game or company lol
