qol: let us vendor lesser ichors to greaters

ive brought this up. it makes perfect sense.

so we get to lvl 98 3 months into a league. we have our endgame gear
and might be shopping for the odd thing here and there to max out better,
but we have 249 lesser eldrich ichor and 0 grands, and 0 exceptional ichors.

we are still running eater and exarch to hope for exceptionals and grands.

let us vendor up lessers to greaters and onward.

when all of your applicable gear has a greater or grand mod on them that
you like.... the only way up is exceptional and grands. every remaining lesser
ichor is exactly equal to the precise total value of 1 wisdom scrap.

we could trade for i dunno an alt to another player? who would bother. none of us
do.
