Cannot enter game/stuck on character selection screen

I am on consoles, Xbox.
When I got the start menu, I get the cutscene, I skip it. Press "A" press to play. Then I see my character, the A key has a circle going around it, I cannot create a new character, join an event, play with my character, just no going past the character selection screen. I uninstalled my game, deleted my character. Deleted saved data. Last bumped on Mar 24, 2025, 12:45:34 PM

The circle around the A button means the button must be held for a couple of seconds to activate. | |
