Wrong ID Top up please help ( The ID that get fund do not have access for POE2 )

I've bought 100points and 50points pack for my account but i was mistake upper case username issue .my account name is " PICKLERICK#8607 " but i top up to " PICKLERick#1744 order is " 5:18 PM 100 point , 5:20 PM 50 point in Thailand local time can u fix my mistake and transfer balance to my account please ( PICKLERick#1744 is not access in poe2 cause i didnt bought access for this account so the coin in this ID is cant usable for anything) please help , thank you

I already send the email to " support@grindinggear.com " the email is included by transaction, my main account name ,my character name and wrong ID that got the fund.
I can resend email if haven't got please text me back please ,thank you
