Confine Mouse cursor to window not working

Not sure when this started to happen since I haven't played for month or two, now only started the event and noticed the Confine Mouse cursor to window does not work for me anymore, I keep moving my mouse accidentally on my second monitor on the left side all the time, I tried full screen, full screen windowed and everything, disable and enabled the option, nothing. It used to work before for me.

I'm on W11 23h2, 7800X3d and 7900XTX.

Hmm it seemed to be issue that I had another game on background, and somehow it made that the setting in PoE does not work, after I closed the other game it works normally., also I think I put this in wrong sections.. should been in tech support/issues, I think.
