Melee Totems Suggestion

With the changes of melee totems being out of the game, and pretty much impossible to play until you fight Exarch (Maybe multiple times) the melee totem thing kinda died a little bit.
This is my suggestion to bring them back but not totally broken.

1. Add a 'Supported Skills have +1 Totem' or something to the Dawnstrider boots. Right now Earthbreaker gives a base 1 and the Ancestral Bond keystone integrated in the boots do the same, adding up to only 2 totems. The low totem count usually means the dps potential is much lower to spell totems due to the many ways you can stack multiple of them.

2. The 'Surveilance' notable, south of the Duelist, should be +1 to maximum attack totems, not just for Ballistae for the same reason listed above.

I think this changes may help the archetype to survive a little bit, since the other option is to go Hierophant, which doesn't have any synergy with melee, or forces you to go for a bad shield like Tukohama's Fortress, or having to invest into a Shaper's shield to get the modifier.
While having to invest in the shield slot is not the worst of things, is still not competitive with spell totems which can get a higher count of summoned totems as a base and still invest in that shield slot to get even more.

Also, Trolltimber Spire could really benefit from a +1 totem, since the item is pretty low level it would make people have to decide wether they want a low stat shield or a Shaper one.

Hope to see some improvements into the archetype because I think is a fun one that doesn't break the meta in any way, so why not give it a little bit of extra support to play around with it.

PS: Banners suck, please rework them again, they feel worse to play with than Ancestral Totems.
