Not sure what tagged me here. Everything seemed dead.

I'm guessing it's the chaos rune explosion thing that some runic monsters do. But the visual for it is compeltely covered by chillded ground / delirium fog.

I see you're CI, but if there were any mods that added extra dmg of a nother dmg type i think that would still get you.
