Hi i bought early key in g2a for poe2, after i download the game on steam i try to play but i cant '' u dont have early access on your account'' what can i do?

You got scammed; ask for a refund from G2A and / or the seller on their marketplace.

I'd bet good money the Steam key is one of those "add to Library but don't grant license" keys your website hands out. Otherwise 1) the timing would have to line up, and, 2) the OP likely would've mentioned the game being removed from their Steam Library - they didn't, so it's likely still there.

You should've just made the game free to add to Libraries, but with prominently listed DLC to access it through Early Access. Creating and distributing """Path of Exile 2 keys""" which will be recognised and accepted by the various store platforms out there but not actually do anything useful is one of the biggest missteps I've ever seen. You created a massive opportunity for scams while making the UX needlessly painful.
