Extended modifier information collapsed in various languages except English

I have noticed that in some languages (apart from English) the modifier Tier information is collapsed. Is there a specific reason for this or can it be changed somehow? The world wouldn't end because of this, but it would just be more enjoyable to see the Tier at a glance and not have to hover over it again.
