t-shirt and hoddie from founders pack

Anyone can help me I brought the Thaumaturge of the Vaal Supporter Pack for the t-shirt on Jan 9, 2025 but still don't got anything and the month after i brought the Warlord of the Karui Supporter Pack for the Hoodie, got nothing was well. Paid the delivery and the pack but nothing of t-shirt and Hoodie. Already send email and message to the support but don't have any reply. Anyone can help with that?
