Pre-Loading Textures

When you enter a town (especially Rogue's Harbour) you can get stuck on the loading screen for a very long time while your Shader meter goes crazy. The game is busy making/loading textures for every MTX on every player in the area. You may not enter until everything is ready to render on the screen. God forbid you miss some shiny MTX that somebody paid money for.

However, when you open a map there is no long loading screen. You may enter right away. And then get hit with enormous Shader lag every time you encounter some monsters that you haven't seen before in this league (or while playing on this computer). Unlike the MTX, the textures for the monsters are not pre-loaded. They are generated only when those monsters appear on your screen.

It gets worse. Textures for uber boss fights are also loaded/generated on the fly when you meet them for the first time. I've just had a "pleasure" of getting slammed by invisible tentacles on my first Uber Eater of Worlds encounter. They were not shown on the screen at all until I died and re-entered. Last league the black clouds in my first encounter with Sirus were invisible like that for about 20 sec.

This feels stupid and backwards. You need to pre-load textures for uber boss fights. And let us enter towns without waiting for every MTX to load. It's fine if I don't immediately see somebody's new skins. It's NOT FINE when things that kill me are invisible.
