Game crashing

Hello,

The game is crashing for me when I try to enter Clearfell encampment after defeating the miller.

1) completed all acts in normal mode
2) started act 1 in cruel and went to kill the count
3) returned to act 3 to defeat one side boss
4) returned to act one in cruel and had to kill the miller again (no fast travel available)
5) tried to enter Clearfell, the game crashes.
6) multiple attempts and servers, same issue.

20th attempt and it worked.
