Audio Stutter/ Pop-ins/Lopps, Occasional fps stutter and mediocre performance

Hi,

I've seen several threads about the subject. I had the game installed 2 weeks ago but I deleted it to make some space, now I felt the itch and downloaded it again.
It runs poorly, like it did last time aswell till it fixed itself (Or i fixed it, but don't remember how).


It's a 4060 laptop, i'm capping it to 60 just cause I don't care for it to be higher. GPU usage is like 40%, CPU like 10-15% which jumps to 70% when loading stuff.

This game runs fine on my 2050 laptop I have at work, but it did give me some problems there.


Can someone give me the preferred solution for the issue right now? I've already DDU-ed my driver today but it didn't fix it (not installing HD audio driver was one solution).

So I kept trying to make it work smoothly.

I deleted the game again, and downloaded the steam version. Works smoothly. No stutter, no audio bugs. Nothing.
I'm in the middle of act one and no noticeable problems.
