Syndicate Rank 3 members even buggier than ever.

First it was just leaders acting as Rank 1 whenever prisoned, meaning they gave less intelligence per run.
Now it's straight up EVERY rank 3 member, no matter where they are, giving only 4 intelligence per run. With my investments I should be getting 36. This has been an issue since 3.24 I believe, and its getting worse. Edit: Example, Vorici as rank 3 giving 4 intelligence per run. Makes absolutely NO sense.
