Is there a "support team"?

I have some microstransaction issues, so I wanted to contact support as they say on the page. But they haven't responded to my emails for one week. After they didn't respond to me I thought I needed to resend the email and then I saw some post about it on Reddit: "DONT SEND ANOTHER MAIL TO THEM BECAUSE THEY PUT YOU AT THE BOTTOM OF THE LIST" first of all is it really a thing? This is probably my worst support service experience. I know they overload for the early access launch but you guys probably made half a billion so don't you think you should hire some more for support?

Hiring people, even for low skilled jobs, is not as simple as pressing a button to make workers appear. Even when there's a flood of people who want the job, there's a process that takes time to vet people (and yes, you need to vet people even if all they're doing is taking down information and passing it along to the people who are solving the problems). Doubly so if the GGG support team ARE also the people solving some of these problems, and triply so in a region like New Zealand, that as I understand, has stiffer regulations on hiring people or subcontracting folks not residing in New Zealand.

And yes, getting bottomed really is a thing, and it's a thing in -most- support centers as part of the automation.
2 months is unacceptable
There are ppl who have been waiting for like 3 months. from Nov to Feb. That's crazyyyyyyyy. I think GGG has given up at this point.
