Stuck in kingsmarch loading screen ps5

Hello dear reader

I installed the game recently and i dont have any problem in other locations but when i want to teleport to kingsmarch ill stuck in loading screen , is there any way to fix it??

I restarted and reinstalled the game but nope still have the problem

Please help i really like this game
